Workshop – Learning to Navigate the Holidays with Food Sensitivities
For many navigating the holidays is not easy.
There are the family favourites and the traditional food you only can enjoy this time of the year.
For many years I struggled in navigating the holidays as I felt so unwell, due to my food sensitivities.
In time I started re-creating recipes to celebrate the holidays.
This was a game changer.
We can find those ways to enjoy the holidays with a few simple shifts to the traditional favourites.
At this event I will feature several of the recipes I have created, including a new recipe of plant based Nanaimo Bars.
Please do join us on November 9th, 2024 here in Parksville.
This will be an afternoon of connecting, learning and enjoying tasty gluten free and some plant based items. There will be no cooking.
Bring your favourite recipe and we will work through some simple changes to modify this to accommodate any food preferences you may have.
Following the workshop you will receive a digital copy of all the recipes that are featured.
Cost to attend is: $35.00 (this includes gst)
We will have a draw prize.
